2.3 [SUPPLEMENT] VoLTE requirements
Mobile phones using E-UTRA must have VoLTE feature, conform to 3GPP 34.229-1.
Testing method follows clauses 8.1, 8.2, 8.4, 8.16, 9.1, 9.2, 10.1, 11.1, 11.2, 12.2, 12.2a, 12.12,12.13, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 19.1.2, 19.1.3,19.3.1,19.3.2, 19.4.1, 19.4.2, 19.4.5, 19.5.1 of 3GPP 34.229-1.

4.5 [AMEND]
Relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing regulations on conformity certification and declaration of Land Mobile User Equipment within the scope of this technical regulation (except for VoLTE requirements) and are subject to inspection by state management agencies in accordance with current regulations.
4.6 [SUPPLEMENT]
Organizations and individuals shall implement the Declaration of Conformity procedure in terms of VoLTE requirements for mobile phones using E-UTRA technology.
