Proposed amendments - The California Energy Commission (CEC) proposes to adopt changes to the Building Energy Efficiency Standards contained in the California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 24, Part 6 (also known as the California Energy Code) and associated administrative regulations in Title 24, Part 1, Chapter 10, after considering all recommendations, comments, and objections regarding the proposed action.

The CEC will hold a public hearing 14 August 2024, 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) for the purpose of hearing comments on the proposed standards. Interested persons, or their authorized representative, may present oral and written statements, arguments, or contentions relevant to the proposed standards at the public hearing.
