The purpose of the notified text is to regulate:
- The provisions established in Law No. 30681, Law regulating the medicinal and therapeutic use of cannabis and its derivatives, and Law No. 31312 amending it, to ensure the medicinal and therapeutic use of cannabis and its derivatives.
- Access to cannabis and its derivatives exclusively for medicinal and therapeutic purposes, promoting their rational use.
