The Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada is seeking comments on the following consultation: DC-01, issue 7, "Procedure for the Declaration of Conformity and Registration of Terminal Equipment" specifies the procedure that suppliers of telecommunications terminal equipment must follow to declare its conformity with applicable technical specifications and sets out the requirements for registering terminal products.
