A draft technical regulation that specifies the Minimum Energy Performance Standard (MEPS) and testing requirements of refrigerators, refrigerator-freezers and freezers and applies to:
(a) Household Refrigerators, refrigerator-freezers, and freezers that are electrically operated
(b) Household Refrigerators and refrigerator-freezers with a total capacity up to 1500 liters (53 ft3)
(c) Household Freezers with a capacity up to 850 liters (30 ft3)
