The Decree concerns the Flemish traffic regulations, which will apply within the Flemish Region for traffic onpublic roads and their use. The Decree concerns (as regards technical requirements) the adoption of theregionalised provisions currently contained in the Royal Decree of 1 December 1975. These are not newprovisions.
