The Rules on organising amusement games and proper technical functioning requirements for arcade gaming machines regulate in more detail the application of the Local Taxes Act in the part relating to arcade gaming machines, technical characteristics of arcade gaming machines; the procedure, method and location of the technical inspection of arcade gaming machines, mandatory reports and records of machines, the categorisation procedure for machines and the procedure for issuing the authorisation to carry out the technical inspection of machines. The Rules are adopted in order to simplify regulation and to avoid duplication of provisions of the same normative content.
