Executive Order on land-based betting

The Executive Order regulates the provision of bets sold on land (in shops, etc.)

The amendments to the Executive Order concern increased responsible gambling/increased consumer protection and the fight against match fixing and money laundering.
The substantive amendments to the Executive Order are: §§ 2-12, § 14(1)(4) and (5), §§ 16-20, § 21(1)(3) and §§ 24-26.
The Executive Order has already been notified in accordance with the Information Procedure Directive.
