The draft bill applies to pharmacies.

Royal Decree concerning the registration and distribution of pharmacies open to the public, and repealing the Royal Decrees of 25 September 1974 concerning the opening, transfer and merger of pharmacies open to the public and of 21 September 2004 on the transfer of a pharmacy open to the public to an airport building

The purpose of the draft bill is to lay down the conditions for the distribution of pharmacies and the licensing for the establishment and operation of the pharmacy. The provisions to which the TRIS Directive applies are the following:- the registration of a plot of land not adjacent to the pharmacy (this plot may be used for the remote selling of medicinal products, which is possible via the Internet and thus indirectly concerns Information Society services): Article 10.
