Requirements for Tobacco Product Manufacturing Practice

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or the Agency) is extending the comment period for the proposed rule entitled "Requirements for Tobacco Product Manufacturing Practice'' published in the Federal Register of 10 March 2023, by 30 days. The Agency is taking this action in response to a request for an extension to allow interested persons additional time to submit comments.

FDA is extending the comment period on the proposed rule published 10 March 2023 (88 FR 15174), by 30 days. Either electronic or written comments must be submitted by 6 October 2023.
