In accordance with the data of the World Health Organization (hereinafter - WHO) Study Group on Tobacco Products Regulation, published in 2015 and recommended in the WHO Report to the 6th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control entitled "Current Activities in relation to Articles 9 and 10 of the WHO FCTC" (FCTC/COP/6/14), as well as data presented at the ninth meeting in December 2017 in the WHO report Ukraine revises list of substances harmful to human health that contains in tobacco products and emitted with tobacco smoke while smoking.
