This draft order transfers the functions of the Ministry of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania, which are not inherent in the provisions of the Law, concerning the appointment of testing laboratories and certification bodies, and the appointment of Technical Assessment Bodies (TAB), to the public body Building Sector Development Agency.
