- In the consideration that various types of programs are applied to the software of the rolling stocks according to the project type, the inspection method was differentiated according to the program type.

- In case the some parts of the existing program's source code are changed by the linkage with the existing operating conditions, the clause for rationale were added to exempt from the safety verification and the application of the technical regulations.
