Proposed amendments to the "Enforcement Rules of the Hygiene Products Control Act"; (16 page(s), in Korean)

The Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety is proposing to amend the "Enforcement Rules of the Hygiene Products Control Act" as follows :

A. Disposable cups, spoons, chopsticks, forks, knives and straws of the same country of manufacture, foreign manufacturer, material and color, even if the product type is different, are to be recognized as "the same imported hygiene products of the same company".
