This draft Commission Implementing Regulation renews the approval of propiconazole as an active substance for use in biocidal products of product-type 8. The substance meets the exclusion criteria set out in Article 5(1) of the Regulation (EU) No 528/2012, but fulfils the condition for derogation of Article 5(2)(c).
