The objective of the notified document PMRL2023-40 is to consult on the listed maximum residue limits (MRLs) for tolfenpyrad that have been proposed by Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).

5 This PMRL is proposed to replace the currently established MRL of 0.7 ppm for undelinted cotton seeds with a single MRL on crop subgroup 20C (revised). This MRL will be applicable to all commodities within crop subgroup 20C (revised).

6 This PMRL is proposed to replace the currently established MRL of 0.01 ppm for potatoes with a single MRL on crop subgroup 1C. This MRL will be applicable to all commodities within crop subgroup 1C.
