The notified Technical Regulation applies to domestically manufactured or imported water meters for cold potable water, classified under tariff subheading HS 9028 and marketed in the Plurinational State of Bolivia, of a nominal diameter not exceeding 50 mm and of accuracy class 1 and accuracy class 2, for use in closed circuits, the measurements of which are used for commercial transactions.
