This Ordinance lays down detailed rules on the exceptional authorisation for the use of plant protectionproducts with unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).

This is a derogation pursuant to Article 9(2) et seq. of Directive 2009/128/EC.
In particular, the application requirements, the authorization requirements and contents, the notification of thespecific application and the information of the public are regulated.
