Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment amending the regulation on quality requirements for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)

The regulation lays down quality requirements for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) used as fuel for motor vehicles intended to be powered by the LPG fuel.

The draft regulation adapts the quality requirements for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to the wording of the latest edition of PN-EN 589+A1:2022-07 standard Automotive fuels — LPG — Requirements and test methods in terms of determining the following:
1) the minimum level of propane of 20% (m/m),
2) the maximum content of butadiene at 0.09% (m/m).
