Smoked ground paprika regulation
Draft Decree amending Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development Decree No 152/2009 of 12 November 2009 on the mandatory requirements of the Codex Alimentarius Hungaricus
Currently ‘smoked ground paprika’ and its quality parameters are not defined in either Hungarian food legislation or EU legislation. An increase in consumer needs has made the creation of independent regulations for these products a necessity.
The draft regulation guarantees that smoked ground paprika products meet high quality standards.
