Draft Royal Decree amending Royal Decree 1544/2007 of 23 November 2007 on the basic conditions for accessibility and non-discrimination for access to and use of modes of transport for people with disabilities

The Royal Decree stipulates that the provisions of Royal Decree 1544/2007 as regards the use of wheelchairs on land and sea transport shall be applied, at no extra cost, for wheelchairs and electrically powered scooters with three or more wheels that meet standard UNE-EN 12184 and have a maximum length of 1 300 mm and a maximum width of 700 mm.
