Electronic Communications (Radio Communications and Frequency Spectrum) Regulations, 2016 (17 page(s), in English)

These Regulations are for managing the efficient and effective use of radio frequency spectrum, including spectrum and orbital locations used by satellite services. A frequency spectrum user shall apply for and utilise spectrum subject to:

(a) the finalisation of the Eswatini Table of frequency allocations or National band plan; and

(b) further consideration policy approach to spectrum licensing, auctions or competitive bidding or eligibility.
