Identity and quality standards for cream cheese
Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply – MAPA issued Ordinance SDA No. 791, 28 Abril 2023 that amends Normative Instruction No. 71 of 24 July 2020, which approves the technical regulation that establishes the identity and quality requirements for cream cheese.
