‘Dokazana kvaliteta’ is a national quality system intended for the labelling of agricultural and food products with special characteristics from the sectors of milk production and processing, meat production and processing, fruit and vegetables production and processing, mushrooms production and processing, production of honey, egg production, production and processing of oilseeds, production and processing of olives, production and processing of cereals, sugar production, production of agricultural reproductive material, and from the fisheries and aquaculture sectors.

Rules amending the Rules on the national quality system for agricultural and food products ‘Dokazana kvaliteta’ (‘Proven quality’)

The national quality system for agricultural and food products ‘Dokazana kvaliteta’ is intended for labelling agricultural and food products with specific characteristics from the sectors of milk production and processing, meat production and processing, fruit and vegetables production and processing, mushrooms production and processing, production of honey, egg production, production and processing of oilseeds, production and processing of olives, production and processing of cereals, sugar production, production of agricultural reproductive material, and from the fisheries and aquaculture sectors, produced in accordance with the approved Product Specifications. The applicant filing the Application for recognition of the ‘Dokazana kvaliteta’ label for a specific product can be the producer or a producer group which represents the majority of producers and processors of agricultural and food products.
