The draft Regulation on the technical requirements for the design, assembly, supervision, acceptance and use of scaffolding determines:

(1) the types and the classification of scaffolding;
(2) the technical requirements and rules for the design of scaffolding during construction, reconstruction, major renovation, overhaul or refurbishment of existing buildings and civil engineering works;
(3) the minimum requirements for the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, including for their elements and components;
(4) the requirements for the use of scaffolding;
(5) the types of inspections (checks) to be carried out during assembly and acceptance of the different stages, and during the period of use of the scaffolding.
The draft Regulation aims to support the activity of all participants in the investment process in accordance with their powers, as defined in the Spatial Planning Act, including suppliers (renters) and subcontractors of the scaffold builder.
