The model and description of professional vehicle registration plates, the conditions with which they must comply and the scope and manner of testing them

Draft regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure on professional vehicle registration, indicators and charges related to professional vehicle registration

The proposed regulation lays down:

1) the responsibilities of a head of a district related to professional vehicle registration;

2) the model of the application form for a decision concerning professional vehicle registration and the model of the decision concerning professional vehicle registration, as well as the models of other documents related to professional vehicle registration;

3) the model and description of the record sheet of a professional registration certificate;

4) the scope of filling out the record sheet of a professional registration certificate by the registration authority and the qualified entity;

5) the model and description of professional vehicle registration plates, the conditions with which they must comply and the scope and manner of testing them;

6) the conditions for and the manner of distributing the record sheets of professional registration certificates;

7) the fee for issuing the documents and indicators related to professional vehicle registration.
