Amendment to the Pharmaceutical Pricing Act regarding updates to the reference countries

The Pharmaceutical Pricing Act states that the maximum pharmacy purchase price shall be the average of the prices on the price lists in a number of other countries (reference countries). This bill replaces Germany with Norway as a reference country.
