Proposed Amendment to the Standards and Specifications for Foods

The proposed amendment seeks to:

1.    Revise the specifications for hygiene indicator bacteria and foodborne pathogens;

2.    Revise and newly establish the specifications for mycotoxins;

3.    Establish total acid content standard and manufacturing/processing standards for 'Candies'; and Revise the maximum residual limits for eggs.
