Traditional alcoholic beverage produced by the farmer

Draft Law amending Articles 2, 10, 12, 17, 22, 28 and 29 of Law No I-857 of the Republic of Lithuania onalcohol control and supplementing it with Article 10(1) (hereinafter referred to as ‘the draft law’)

This draft law grants farmers who meet certain requirements the right to produce traditional alcoholicbeverages in rural tourism homesteads not for sale, but only for tasting on the spot and/or to meet their own orfamily needs.
