The draft Order proposes to establish fire safety requirements for outdoor fire water supply networks andstructures where outdoor fire water supply is to be designed and installed.

Rules for the design and installation of outdoor fire water supply networks and structures (hereinafterreferred to as the draft Order)

The draft Order shall be prepared taking into account the fact that certain provisions of the Rules for theDesign and Installation of Outdoor Fire Water Supply Networks and Structures approved by Order No 1-66 of22 February 2007 of the Director of the Fire Protection and Rescue Department under the Ministry of theInterior approving normative construction safety documents are no longer relevant for the assessment thattechnologically advanced design and installation solutions have emerged in the construction sector, also takinginto account the enquiries of incoming persons concerning the interpretation of certain clauses and thestandardisation practice in foreign countries. The draft Order proposes the adoption of new rules for the designand installation of outdoor fire water supply networks and structures. The aim of the draft Order is to improvethe provisions of the rules for the design and installation of outdoor fire water supply networks and structuresrelated to the procedure for testing outdoor fire water supply, the solutions for the design and installation ofoutdoor fire water supply, and to improve the clarity of the regulations.
