Procedure for the criteria application for terminating the application of the status of ash waste from woodincineration plants

The draft regulation provides for the procedure for the criteria application for terminating the application ofthe status application to wood ash obtained from wood incineration plants intended to be used as a rawmaterial for the production of technical potassium carbonate (potash) and technical potassium hydroxide(caustic potash), and as a binder for manufacturing construction materials, and for the construction of road andbottom walls, which would serve as sound absorbing elements, using the obtained ash as a cementing agentfor a soil mixture or as an auxiliary material for stabilising the basic ground of the road.
