Draft Commission Regulation amending Annex V to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament
and of the Council on cosmetic products (5 pages including annex, in English)
This draft Commission Regulation aims at restricting the use of methylisothiazolinone as a preservative in rinse-off cosmetic products from the currently authorised concentration of 100 ppm to 15 ppm.
