Ordinance providing mandatory use of electronic stability control (ESC) (Sistema de controle da estabilidade (SCE)) in vehicles M2, M3, N2, N3, O3 and O4 just departing from the factory, as well as imported vehicles, giving better driveability by the testing result on the basis of the United Nations UN R13 or with United States regulations FMVSS 136, as applicable, to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers.
