The offering of bingo games and the distribution of profits from bingo terminals installed in bingo halls.

Consultation - proposal for changes to regulations of 30th November 2004 no. 1528 concerning bingo and regulations of 24th June 2011 no. 644 concerning the distribution of profits from bingo terminals installed in bingo halls. (Høring - forslag til endringer i forskrift om bingo og forskrift om fordeling av overskudd fra utbetalingsautomater oppstilt i bingohaller (bingoterminaler))

Proposed regulations:

- Allowing for an increase in prizes on bingo games

- Replacing the requirement of a 30 second pause between draws with a requirement that 30 seconds must elapse between the start of one game and the start of the next game.

- Repealing the requirement of a deposit in at least two of the terminals in a data bingo network before one can start the game

- Prohibiting autoplay on electronic bingo games

- Allowing for a permission to participate online in main games in bingo halls

- Increasing the time period for permit to arrange main-game sales

- Requiring a minimum yearly profit to arrange Belago games

- Increasing the profits to the defined purposes generated by Belago.
