Proposed Amendments to the Appliance Efficiency Regulations, 22-AAER-04

The California Energy Commission (CEC) is proposing additional changes to the proposed regulatory language offered on 20 November 2023. This new 15-day comment period will initiate on 8 March 2024, and end on 24 March 2024. Included in this Notice is a summary of the new changes.

WTO Members and their stakeholders are asked to submit comments to the USA TBT Enquiry Point. Comments received by the USA TBT Enquiry Point from WTO Members and their stakeholders by 4pm Eastern Time on 24 March 2024 will be shared with CEC if received within the comment period.
