By the virtue of Article 5, Section One and Article 6 (13) of the Cosmetic Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the Minister of Public Health hereby issued the (draft) Notification as follows: Determining the criteria for deviation limits of alcohol in cosmetics containing alcohol for hand sanitizing to contain not less than 15% or not more than 18% as notified to the Regulatory Body.

Remark: "alcohol" refers to ethyl alcohol (ethanol), isopropyl alcohol (isopropanol), and n-propyl alcohol (n-propanol) in cosmetics containing alcohol for hand sanitizing
