Central American Technical Regulation (RTCA) No. 67.04.60:10: Nutrition labelling of pre-packaged foods for human consumption for adults and children of over three years of age.

The Government of the Republic of El Salvador notified draft Central American Technical Regulation (RTCA) No. 67.04.60:10: Nutrition labelling of pre-packaged foods for human consumption for adults and children of over three years of age on 3 March 2011 in document G/TBT/N/SLV/148, which established "the minimum requirements for the nutrition labelling of pre-packaged foods for human consumption intended for adults and children over 3 years of age. It applies to the labelling of pre-packaged foods sold directly for human consumption and marketed within the Central American area, and covers nutrition information and nutrition and health claims. It does not apply to fermented or distilled alcoholic beverages."
