The notified Decree establishes the mandatory certification by the National Telecommunications Commission (CONATEL) of mobile cellular telephones, and the prior import licensing regime for mobile cellular telephones, including factory accessories. It establishes the prior non-automatic import licensing regime for mobile cellular telephone parts. It also establishes the prior non-automatic import licensing regime for motherboards (electronic boards or mainboards)
