Resolución Directoral N° 0044-2016-MINAGRISENASA-DSV (Directorial Resolution No. 0044-2016-MINAGRI-SENASA-DSV)
The notified Directorial Resolution provides for several
phytosanitary requirements in respect of the pests Xanthomonas vesicatoria and
Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae that may be considered as equivalent for the
purposes of the additional declaration on the phytosanitary certificate accompanying
imports of sexual or asexual pepper seeds.
