Proposed amendments to the "Regulation on Safety Standards etc of Cosmetics" (18 pages, available in Korean)
In accordance with the amendment of Cosmetics Act expanding scope of functional cosmetics (converted ones from quasi drugs such as hair dye products and newly added ones such as products reducing dryness of sensitive skin), MFDS sets safety standards for new functional cosmetics.
