Proposed fourth amendment to the Mandatory Standard SI 37 part 2 dealing with batten plywood panels. This amendment changes the following:

·        Replaces paragraph 206 dealing with the emitting amount of formaldehyde, as included in amendment no. 3 (notified in G/TBT/N/ISR/1156). The requirements of this section are aligned with the International Standard ISO 12460-3:2015.

Both the old standard and the new amended standard will apply from the date of entry into force of this amendment for a period of 12 months. During this time, products may be tested according to the old standard or the new amended standard.
