This draft Commission Regulation concerns the inclusion ofcertain substances in the positive lists of Directive 2002/46/EC and Regulation(EC) 1925/2006. The purpose of this draft Regulation is to amend the positive lists of theabove-mentioned legislation by adding new mineral substances that may be used for themanufacture of food supplements and fortified foods and for which the European FoodSafety Authority has given a favourable opinion.
