Following developments in the implementation and standardisation work in support of Regulation (EU) 2019/1009, a number of technical adaptations are needed. This delegated Regulation introduces amendments concerning the content of pathogens in EU fertilising products, the situation where conformity of the product can be assumed by manufacturers without verification and two tolerances.
