Draft amendments No. 1 to the Technical Regulations of theCustoms Union "On safety of agricultural and forestry tractors and their trailers"(CU TR 031/2012) provides the clarification of the application field of the CU TR 031/2012and of the conformity assessment procedure of tractors, trailers and components to therequirements of the CU TR 031/2012; Draft Amendments also provides the establishmentof the requirements to the components that are replaceable (duplicate) parts for tractorsand trailers and the requirements to the general safety and to the emission of harmful(pollutants) agents of tractors engines which operates on compressed natural gas andliquefied hydrocarbon gas, and the actualization of reference standards and of the UNECERegulations listed in Annexes 1, 4 and 5 of the CU TR 031/2012.
