Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment on quality requirements for liquid fuels

The draft Regulation specifies quality requirements for liquid fuels, i.e. petrol and diesel.

The Draft has been developed on the basis of the quality requirements specified in the following standards:
- PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 Automotive fuels -- Unleaded petrol -- Requirements and test methods and
- PN-EN 590:2022-08 Automotive fuels--Diesel--Requirements and test methods.
The provisions of this Regulation are necessary for the assessment of quality of liquid fuel samples taken aspart of a system for monitoring and controlling the quality of liquid fuels in Poland by the Trade Inspection.
