System operating instructions for the electricity distribution system

On the basis of the ZOEE, the company ELES, d.o.o., the operator of the combined transmission anddistribution network, has prepared a proposal for system operating instructions for the electricity distribution system with annexes (hereinafter referred to as ‘SONDSEE’). SONDSEE determines the operating system forthe electricity distribution network and defines the distribution service of electricity through the distributionnetwork, the method of providing system services on the distribution network, the operation and developmentof the distribution network and the technical conditions for connection to the distribution network.
