Construction products in general with regard to their use and application

Model Building Regulations – MBO – November 2022 version as last amended by decision of theConference of Ministers of Construction of 23 and 24.11.2023

In addition to general rules, the Model Building Regulations (MBO) also contain regulations on the land andits development, regulations on structural installations – e.g. general requirements for the construction design,the fire behaviour of building materials and components, rescue routes, openings, reinforcements, technicalbuilding equipment, construction products and types of construction – as well as regulations on those involvedin the construction, the construction supervisory authorities and procedures for administrative offences, legalprovisions as well as transitional and final regulations.

These are amendments or additions to existing regulations.
