Draft Regulation on implementation, control and acceptance of concrete and reinforced concrete structures

The draft Regulation was prepared on the basis of BDS EN 13670 “Execution of concrete structures” andthe “National Annex thereto”.

The draft Regulation on the implementation, control and acceptance of concrete and reinforced concretestructures achieves harmonization of national legislation with the requirements of the technical specificationsfrom the scope of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament.
Within the scope of the Regulation shall be listed the requirements for:
the monolithic execution of concrete and reinforced concrete structures;
the execution of structures of precast concrete and reinforced concrete elements;
— quality control and documentation of the completed concrete and reinforced concrete structures;
acceptance of concrete and reinforced concrete structures.
