Draft Provincial Decree adopting the General Regulation on Gambling and Betting of the AutonomousCommunity of Navarre

The text of the Provincial Decree contains the provisions common to all the forms games of chance that arepractised in Navarre, it orders it regulation and planning, it regulates aspects related to the personsparticipating in games of chance, the requirements that must be met by companies related to gambling, theadvertising, sponsorship and promotion of gambling, the equipment for the practice of gambling, and theaspects for monitoring and inspecting gambling, in addition to the sanctions regime.

This includes sector-specific regulation for each sector related to gambling, betting, bingo, tickets, lotteries,gambling machines, raffles, tombolas, and combinations of chance. The Decree includes regulations accordingto the distribution channel of gambling, land-based gambling and remote gambling. The Annex sets out theforms of gambling and betting, the essential rules thereof, the technical specifications and, where appropriate,the restrictions and limitations imposed on their organisation and practice in accordance with the specificregulations.
