Order of the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure approving the Regulations on the individual approval,issuance of identity card and certification of authenticity of road vehicles – RNTR 7

The Ministerial Order shall apply to the individual national approval of:

a) motor vehicles and their trailers (categories M, N and O);
b) vehicles with two or three wheels and quadricycles (category L);
c) agricultural or forestry vehicles (categories T, C, R, S);
and to the issuance of the technical certificate for:
d) self-propelled machinery;
e) slow vehicles.
The Ministerial Order provides:
a) the procedure applicable to the individual national approval of new and used road vehicles;
b) the technical requirements applicable to the individual national approval of new and used road vehicles;
c) the procedure for issuing the vehicle identity card and the technical certificate;
d) the procedure applicable to the certification of the authenticity of road vehicles used;
e) the procedure for issuing the technical certificate for self-propelled machinery and slow vehicles.
